Employee Benefits Eligible employees at Dandrea Produce are provided a wide range of benefits. A number of the programs (such as Social Security, workers' compensation, state disability, and unemployment insurance) cover all employees in the manner prescribed by law.
Benefits eligibility is dependent upon a variety of factors, including employee classification. Your supervisor can identify the programs for which you are eligible. Details of many of these programs can be found elsewhere in the employee handbook.
The following benefit programs are available to eligible employees:

* Company Paid Health Insurance
* Paid Time Off (PTO) Vacation / Sick Time

* Cafeteria / Kitchen Provided meals. See food and prepared lunch policy
* Gym
Some benefit programs require contributions from employees, but most are fully paid by Dandrea Produce. The benefit package for regular full-time employees represents an additional cost to Dandrea Produce of approximately 20 percent of wages.
